The Transformation of the Judiciary- A Public Debate
On the 6th of June 2005, the Institute hosted a public debate on the topic 'The Separation of Powers and Strategies for Transformation in the South African Judiciary'. Professor Hugh Corder and Deputy Minister Johnny de Lange were the speakers.
